At AFA, we do because we care. We work with people from all walks of life and across spaces, creating meaningful engagements that deepen understanding, nurture connection, and celebrate the richness of everyday life.
Arts X Education
We champion arts education in both formal and informal settings, nurturing creativity, empathy, and reflective learning. From participatory theatre to educator training, our programmes support imagination, expression, and social awareness for learners of all ages.
Arts X Community
We embed the arts within social and community spaces, strengthening well-being, inclusion, and belonging. Through reminiscence arts, intergenerational work, and inclusive collaborations, we use creative practice to build caring, connected communities.
Arts X Leadership
We aim to develop the next generation of socially engaged arts practitioners through mentorship and capacity-building. Our initiatives enable emerging leaders to sustain cross-sector cultural work rooted in integrity, care, and community impact.
I am honoured to produce and bear witness to the creative wellspring and the manifested reality of this theatre project. This is what community and care is about, and I will keep these very core memories as drive and a constant reminder for community work going forward!

We have evolved through the years from an applied theatre collective to a registered non-profit arts organisation, and our drive to deliver impactful engagements only continues to grow stronger.
